ColoRotate - 3D tool for viewing and editing colors.

One of the first things to do when you are a graphic designer is the choice of colors. Find six or more colors that appeal to our idea is not easy, it is necessary to test, combinations and comparisons, a real pain in the ass.
In order not to neglect this aspect of design we need to use the appropriate tools. ColoRotate is a great online application, developed in Flash with 3D elements created specifically to help pull a variety of colors.
Thank to ColoRotate we will have an immediate idea of how the combination could see the colors combined in ways dives, circles, stripes, squares and in writing. Each palette is completely changed in its various parts and you can use a 3D cone that particular suggestion will help us in color.
ColoRotate is also a real community, where you can save your own associations of colors and share them with others. The whole course is free of charge.

  5. That's a neat little way to get a graphical representation of how the tones in your color scheme mesh.

  6. Hey I like your blog design and picture up top. I kind of wish the whale pic was right justified so the words fit in it though. Also nice post about colors :)
